Payment Policy:Day Tours  Payment in full will confirm your reservation, but no later than 14 days prior to tour.                               
Ticketed Events Payment in full is due within 7 days of making the reservation.
Extended Tours Payment is due 45 days (60 days on some tours) prior to tour. After 30 days we will release space to those on waitlist.

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD for payments. You may charge your tour payment over the phone and a receipt will be mailed to you. If paying by check, please make check payable to HESSELGRAVE INTERNATIONAL. Your cancelled check is your receipt.

Cancellation Policy - Day Tours 48 hours notice required for refund
Ticketed Event No refund will be given unless vacancy is filled.
Extended Motorcoach Tours 100% refund with a 30 days or more notice, 75% refund with 29-20 days notice, 50% refund with 19-15 days notice, 25% refund with 14-8 days notice. No refund with 7-0 days notice.

Fly/Drive/Cruise/Mystery Tours Cancellation policies vary with different tour companies used for various extended tours. Please contact this office for detailed information.

TRIP INSURANCE INFORMATION: Trip cancellation insurance is available through our office and is highly recommended. Our insurance company is The Travelers. Please request insurance form at time of sign-up.

Other pick-up locations available when a group of 10 or more make the request.

Overnight Parking:
Bellingham - Hesselgrave International office and Best Western Lakeway (north end of parking lot) are the only 2 locations where we will pick up for overnight tours.
Mt. Vernon Best Western College Way is our pick-up location for overnight tours.

Mystery Tours Please inform Hesselgrave International staff if you have a fear of trains, boats, airplanes or any other mode of transportation. This will help us when we plan mystery tours. ALSO, please make sure you bring proof of citizenship when we have a mystery tour or any Canadian tour. Also, please note that at times we offer mystery tours with non-refundable components, so please consider travel insurance.

Pick-up times & locations Receiving your pick-up time and location is your responsibility and calls will not be made to you with your pick-up time. Please call during normal office hours.

While we welcome all travelers, please be advised that some of our tours do require a certain amount of walking. We also try to offer some free time during many tours so you may explore on your own. If you are unable to get around on your own, please consider having someone accompany you on the tour. As we are sure you will understand, our escorts must see to it that all passengers are taken care of, and cannot be personal tour guides.
